No surprises other than the hop bag opened during boil so lots of hop particulates floating around. After 24 hours at 64 degrees we have a thick foamy krausen.
Subbed slightly darker (british crystal 80) .
Tasted after 9.5 days and took gravity. Gravity was hanging around 1.020 so still needs to eek down a few points to hit target. Taste was nice, definitely what I'm going for. Grainy with some tropical fruit, just a little bitterness. Dry hops added today as well.
