One of the best beers I've ever made. It is the perfect beer to have on a cold winter night. It is very bold, thick and flavorful. I added some of my favorite coffee at flameout for up to 10 minutes. The coffee compliments the grain bill extremely well. This Yeast works very fast.... got my gravity to where i wanted it in 5 days. No need for secondary because its so dark. I have won a small AHA competition with this beer. Definately going to enter it in more. Keep high mash temps for residual sweetness and mouthfeel. Let it condition for a few weeks in the keg/bottle. Simply amazing beer.
