7/31 - I came home after work and saw my homebrew was 78 degrees as it got hotter today than expected. Cranked down the AC and by the morning my homebrew was down to 70 degrees. Hopefully it didn't get too hot and hoping it only created more esters and fruity flavors from the yeast.
8/22 - the brew came out tasting great, lots of fruity characteristics with a juicy profile. When I make this brew again I will have to impart a little more bittering hops to it as it doesn't have that bit I was looking for. Overall great beer that is refreshing and isn't over the top with hops that allows your to drink multiple drafts in one sitting
