a Partial Mash Belgian Tripel by matthins
Brewed a half batch (5.5 Gal). OG 1.062 @ 82°
Steeped Pilsner Malt for 30 minutes at 150°. Sparged with 1.5 Gal at approximately 165°. Day 7 of fermentation and I hear the bubbler burp every 3 to 5 minutes. 1 day into fermentation I took this real-time video. https://youtu.be/2THeu9ge_A0 Chemistry is wild!

This beer is a very sweet wheat beer with lots of citrus. Prime with dextrose, as I just used table sugar and orange juice and ended up with most bottles under carbonated. The taste seems best right at 3 to 4 weeks. Great for a summer afternoon.
