Recipe conforms to the Witbier style.
Attempt to create a beer which tastes a little like Blue Moon the US craft beer.
Zest was zest of 4 oranges grated fine with a grater -- think it came to 26g -- 4 big oranges. 6g coriander seeds cracked in a garlic press.
1 tsp of Irish moss added direct to brew.
NOTE -- some of hops escaped their hopping bag and blocked the drain nozzle! (managed to scald myself freeing them).
Safbrew website claims attenuation of 86% -- Brewtoad claims 70%. We will see which is right. Took samples for gravity all through test to see which was right.
I am going BIAB and still working on getting the efficiency hence low efficiency -- adjust your methods if you are getting a higher efficiency than this.
