Brewed on 10/29. Hit close to gravity, slightly high. Color is a little darker than expected. Yeast took off fairly quickly and still had a thick krausen when I added the dry hops on 11/1 (1 oz of amarillo). I plan on removing the amarillon on 11/8 and adding the 1 oz nelson, 1 oz el dorado until bottling on 11/12.
Added second round of dry hops on 11/7, removed first round. There was still some krausen on the top of the liquid. Took a taste and it is really tasting great. The malt profile and hops are right where I want them, color is a nice orange, not as dark as I feared.
