/APPEARANCE/ Clear. Yellow in color. 1.5 finger white head, that dissipates within a couple minutes to a thin layer on the surface. Light to no lacing.
/AROMA/ Palisades lends a fragrant floral aroma that balances nicely with the light bready nose of the malt, and the slight traces of fruit in the background.
/FLAVOR/ The light flowery hop flavor is balancing the typical maris otter bready characters. Subtle hints of fruit play nicely with the hops. There is enough malty flavor to hold up the body. The beer finishes with a decent bitter kick, and pretty dry.
