Notes

West coast water profile (200 ppm sulfate, 65 ppm chloride, 35 ppm sodium) obtained through additions of gypsum and sea salt.

Hop stand done at 165F. Calculating those as "5 min" additions increases IBUs to ~45, putting this at more of a classic "West Coast Pale Ale" or even "IPA" level of bitterness.
