Recipe conforms to the Saison style.
My original goal was to split this 11g batch into two 5.5.g batches and sour one w/ Wyeast 3763 one week into the fermentation with 3711. However, after asking around, it was advised that if I truly wanted the most sour flavor, I should pitch 3763 directly rather than pitching on top of 3711. I decided to follow this advice, but, because I didn't have 3763 at the time of brewing, I decided to brew a half-batch of this recipe. I simply halved the recipe to accomplish this.
