Used 4 teaspoons of chocolate extract in 1.5 gallons in Chocolate Stout. Used 2 oz of bourbon, 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract, 0.5 tsp of cinnamon in Bourbon Spiced Stout. OG: 1.061 FG: 1.018 ≈ 5.7% abv
