Attempting to make a light beer thats you can drink all day on the weekend...and I had some leftover wheat LME. So we'll see how this goes.
I'll be taking some mash tips from a comment on reddit to increase my BIAB efficiency
Also I made a 1.2L yeast starter
5 minutes after dough-in
30 minutes in. Gave the mash a stir.
Wild temperature variance!
Took reading immediately after mash out.
Took reading after a hardcore grain squeeze
Added 1 gallon of water to bring me up to an appropriate boil volume. Should be at about 6 gallons now pre-boil, but I don't have a way to measure.
