Dry hopping done in 2nd fermenter.
Used Wyeast American Ale Yeast.
Cooling the wort in an ice bath. The remainder of the water that needs to be added is siting outside Ina covered pot cooling down.

Didn't take any pics while this was seeping. Lautering was no easy task. This is A LOT of grain! Heavy too, wet.
