Brewing went well overall, only hiccup was when I topped off I used too warm of water and it spiked by wort, which at that point had cooled to 80 degrees back up into the 90's and I had to let it sit outside for a couple hours before I could pitch the yeast, but the yeast started fermenting quickly after that so I think it is okay.
Primary for 10 days, then moves to glass secondary for a couple 25 days - Planned on 10 days but the temp dropped about 10 degrees during primary and I wanted to make sure it had plenty of time to finish fermenting out, and I got busy.)
Only other thing to note is at the start of fermentation the temp was 70 degrees, by the time I moved it to secondary it had dropped to about 62, and further dropped to around 60 during secondary.
Yield was 48 bottles but I cracked the glass in one so had to toss it

Start: 159 deg. F
2 Minutes: 157 deg. F
10 Minutes: 155 deg. F
20 Minutes: 152 deg. F
27 Minutes: 153 deg. F
