Brewed at Chez Chabot. Chilly start but better as day wore on, complete w/ excellent beverages. Split the 10 gal after sparge. He did the lactose; I did 1 LB of flaked oats in mesh bag until boil started, then chipotle, serrano, and Mexican hot chocolate "hockey puck". Tastes good. I might add more peppers in secondary and will add nibs too. Also using a Belgian golden strong yeast 3months old that I got going as a starter. Added 4 Oz cocoa nibs and one serrano crushed and one chipotle on 3/24. SG down to 1.014 Will leave for a week or two.
