A test batch for 2 row via Duffin Station, an Illiniois maltster.
"Duffin Station Malt is Illinois first and only craft malt house. Located in Sugar Grove on a 5th generation family farm, they produce artisan base malts in small (500-100lb) batches using only Illinois grown grain raised under Organic standards. Rye and Wheat are grown on their 5th generation family farm, while Barley and Buckwheat are grown on other family farms in Illinois. Their goal is to sell directly to brewers, distillers and home brew clubs."
