Pitched at 64 degrees and in less than 24 hours had the temp at 70 degrees. The temp is now holding steady at 68 to 70 degrees; final gravity ready right at 1.01 after checking it twice. Transferred to the secondary on 2/22 on top of 4 slightly overiped bananas (cut up), one larger then normal vanilla bean, and 2 cinnamon sticks. On 3/3 when I transferred the beer into my keg I added on my cinnamon stick and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. 3/10 the beer turned out really good I think I fermented a little on the high side and I have a little too much fruity esters. There is a banana flavor but not over powering at all. Overall very good tasting beer that you can drink all day long.
