Measured Final Gravity
--==Appearance==-- pleasant copper color, slightly off white head, about 1 finger dissipating quickly to a thin layer and leaving light lacing --==Aroma==-- Moderate floral aroma from the palisades, with a slightly sweet malty undertone. --==Flavor==-- Nice and bitter, backed with a moderately complex malt flavor and some slight fruity esters. Light Malty sweetness along with moderate floral and light fruity notes are up front. Malt and fruit carry through the body with earthy bitter kicking in to wash into a dry finish, leaving the bitter sensation and a light after taste of fruit. --==Overall==-- Refreshing and session-able. The bitter/dry-ish finish of this beer leaves you wanting another drink. Definitely want to tweak on this recipe and keep it in rotation.
