Mash in at 100 rise to 152 f. Recirculate during rise Mash at 150 for 60 min Mash out 168 f fir 10 minutes

Mash Schedule Strike grains with 10.5 gal of water at 103.5 °F. Mash at 100 °F for 60 min. Rinse the grain in 4.6 gal sparge water at 168 °F. Drain the grain bag and combine the mash and sparge water to make 13 gal wort.
