Recipe conforms to the Fruit Beer style.
A simple American wheat with added fruit, in this case R.W. Knudsen Organic Blueberry Pomegranate. It was added directly from the bottles (as this is a pasteurized product without preservatives) on day 3 of fermentation. This is represented in the recipe by 8oz of corn sugar. 28g/serving * 4servings/bottle * 2bottles = 224g = 7.9oz. Note that I made a 4.5G batch, to which .5G was added in two (2) quart-sized containers.
