Spilled grain all over the floor but scooped it back into the bag and tried to get the weight back up with guessed ratios so grain% may be off.
Let the barley hit the floor - possible beer name?
Other than that brewing went well, numbers were a little high.
Used one packet of dry nottingham yeast.
It's all I can do to keep the house in the 60's so this will ferment a little cool.
Bottled after 12 days. Smells really juicy and hoppy. Tasted sample and very fruity with some toasted german malt. Not very sweet so probably against style quite a bit.
