Belgian Pale Ale
Litt bitter still. Hoppy scent.
Hoppy scent more or less gone. Slight bitterness. Moved to secondary for 5 days of dry hopping.
Strong bitterness, a bit sour.
Ready for bottling. Still a little bitter, but clear hoppiness to it after the dry hopping.
17h into primary fermentation. Clear hoppy smell.
Racked for primary fermentation
Back to fermentation for another 5 days.
Racking to secondary and Dry Hopping.
Added Dry Hops to new carboy
6h into dry hopping of secondary fermentation.
New induction plate
Added an extra 600 ml of water during boil (20m) due to under estimation of boil off volume.
