Brewed 3/11. No real surprises. Added an extra ounce of perle malt into the end of the boil. Will dry hop with 1 oz hallertau blanc. Left outside to get closer to 50 degrees before pitching one package of 34/70
added dry hops 3/22, took gravity, tasted sample. Taste is nice grainy pilsner malt taste with some hops, lager yeast profile. Already pretty good, we'll see what time does to it.
