At 5min Boil:

  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon (further research reveals this may be way too much cinnamon... try 1tsp maybe?)
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Add to secondary:

  • 2 Madagascar Vanilla Beans (split down middle, scraped and soaked in 4oz vodka for 2 weeks to make a tincture)
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Capella water soluble Graham Cracker Extract (try Imitation Butter & Nut Flavor instead? -
