Gluten-free. Sorghum for fermentables, with hops and ginger added to boil. Citra hops added a nice zest to the beer. Stored in basement at likely lagering temps. Resulting beer clear and crisp finish. Would be good to see it condition at room/cellar temps and then chill a couple of days before serving. This was like a lagered sorghum fermented with an Ale yeast.
