Notes

Clone of Portsmouth Brewery's Kate the Great. There are several sources for this recipe and apparently comes straight from the brewer. Adjust grain bill and hops to hit 1.104 OG and 68 IBUs respectively. Dough in @ 149F for 45 minutes. 80-minute boil - hop additions begin at 75 minutes.
