Mashed at 152. 3 weeks in primary 1 week in secondary with clarifying agent. 2wk primary was probably enough.

Very chocolately, goes great with deserts. Hop flavor and bitterness level are right on. Will try this again as an IPA at about 65 ibu. Should make a great CDA.
