Notes

Steep grains in bag for 10 minuntes at 160 degrees. Remove grains, add malt extract and bring to a boil. Add Amarillo hops and boil for 30 minutes. Add Cascade hops and boil for 10 minutes. Add Mt. Hood hops and Irish Moss and boil for 10 minutes(total boil time = 50 minutes). Cool to 70 degrees and pitch yeast. Ferment for 2 weeks and transfer to the secondary fermenter for 1-3 weeks. Dry Hop with 1 oz of Amarillo pellets during the last 3-5 days.
