Notes

Steep grains for 30 minutes @ 160F. Racked to secondary 2/11/12. Tasted the beer from test beaker. Was pretty much what i was aiming for. This is the first brew i've used a wort chiller on, so it did seem like a more refined taste due to less acetaldehyde. Bottled 2/25/12. Tasted good. We shall see how it turns out after a few weeks in the bottle. 3/3/12 - After one week, carbonated...tastes very nice.
